The Northern Lights are not to book in advance and they depend of several factors. But it happens you are just lucky to get them as it was recently in Grundarfjördur when my group and me left the restaurant and walked to hotel. Hiking on Svinafellsjökull glacier in a great scenery. 04.12.2017
Sometimes my job is nothing but fantastic. After a nice day around Golden Circle we were booked for a glacier hike and I could join my group along the fantastic scenery of Svinafellsjökull. On the way to Höfn Northern Lights showed up and it looks as we could drive over it (see picture gallery below) and the next day we visited other highlights like Jökulsarlon, diamond beach and the crystal ice cave in Vatnajökull glacier.
