Finally we got real winter in Iceland. More or less everywhere snow is on the ground and it was unusually cold for about 10 days in a row with deep frost temperatures. We got amazing days on our tours and everybody could enjoy the beauty of the landscape in South Iceland, especially with the glaciers. Even our vehicles seemed to like it. In German they call it Wintermärchen, what means winter fairy tale and Best Travel is very much looking forward to go up North with Best of Iceland and see what is waiting there. Of course there’s a big hope for Northern Lights. Please enjoy the picture gallery.
