Snaefellsnes – Islande en miniature

A two day tour showed me and my group of Chinese travelers once more how fantastic the peninsula of Snaefellsnes with the magic volcano Snaefellsjökull can be in winter time. Okay, the first day we weren’t really lucky about the weather but the second day was much better and we enjoyed the variegated landscape. There is just a little snow laying there the moment but this can change rapidely of course. Together with the last tour along the South of Iceland this was a short version of the tour Wintermärchen unter Nordlichtern und im Eis (winter fairy tale under Northern Lights and into the ice) with the partner company Best of Iceland.
